Why I’m feeling thankful this year

Why I’m feeling thankful this year

From our HOP family to yours: thank you.

As we settle into Thanksgiving Day, surrounded by food, family, friends, and all the cozy chaos that comes with it, I wanted to take a moment to say: thank you.

I started HOP Box four years ago because I was fed up with my cabinet full of supplement bottles and wanted to create something easier for myself and my patients. Something that actually made sense. Something I'd actually take.

I've stayed with HOP Box for three simple reasons:

1. I absolutely love this product.

I take it every day. My husband takes it every day. My friends and patients take it every day. Not because I guilt them into it (okay, maybe a little), but because it works. And because those five colorful pills in a pack are so much better than playing Jenga with seventeen bottles every morning.

2. I am obsessed with our small-but-mighty HOP team.

We have more fun together than any company I've ever been a part of. These people are ridiculously smart, deeply kind, and just the right amount of weird. I hope you can feel the insane amounts of love we have for each other and for this product when you read these emails, get your HOP Box in the mail, and feel the lasting benefits of what we've built together.

3. I adore you.

Some of you have been with us since the very beginning – the old days when I was packing boxes in my living room with my kids "helping" (read: mostly eating snacks and asking when we'd be done). Many of you are new – you found us through a friend or physician or stumbled across one of my sometimes-silly reels on social media.

I've gotten to meet you at conferences, on airplanes, at random dinner parties in obscure locations. I've read your emails and messages. I've heard your stories about feeling better, moving more, keeping up with your kids and grandkids, or just finally having energy at 3PM.

You are such badass humans, and I'm so grateful that this company has brought us together.

Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends, for gratitude and reflection. So without further ado (or any more sappy prose), I'll just say this:

Thank you.

Thank you for trusting us with your health. Thank you for being part of this wild, wonderful community. Thank you for staying in motion with us.

Now go enjoy that turkey, hug your people, and maybe do a few squats while the pie is in the oven.

With so much gratitude,

Dr. Amy B. Killen & the HOP Team
