This has simplified my supplement routine so much, its so nice not having to dig though multiple bottles and put them into plastic baggies or pill containers for daily use or my travel. I have only been taking the HOP pill packets for one week. To-date, I have not seen any results -no changes that I can see but will continue with the regiment until the 30 day supply is gone.
