Your Questions Answered!
Should I take the pills with food or without?
It’s best to take your HOP pill packs with food so as to minimize stomach upset. Also, because GlucoVantage(™) (dihydroberberine) can lower blood sugar, you may want to avoid taking the pills while fasting.
How many pill packs should I take a day?
You’ll want to take two pill packs each day. You can choose to take them at whatever times work best with your schedule (ex: with breakfast, lunch or dinner).
What do I do if I miss a HOP Box dose?
If you miss a dose, just start back with the next dose and keep going. Your goal is progress, not perfection. And, we recommend throwing extra pill packs in your purse or bags so you are less prone to miss future doses.
Is the HOP Box Vegetarian? Gluten-free? Dairy-free?
HOP BOX is vegetarian, not vegan. It is gluten-free and dairy free.
Are your B vitamins and folate the active forms?
Yes. HOP Box contains the active forms of B vitamins, including B2 (riboflavin), B6 pyridoxal-5-phosphate), B12 (methylcobalamin), 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) as well as TMG (trimethylglycine).
If I’m taking other vitamins, should I stop them when I start the HOP Box?
That is up to you and your doctor and likely depends on what you’re taking. HOP Box has 19 longevity-promoting ingredients but if you and your doctor feel you need further support, you may choose to add in other supplements as well.
